An Open-Label Multicenter 3-Arm Randomized Phase 2 Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of TTX-030 and Chemotherapy With or Without Budigalimab, Compared to Chemotherapy Alone, for the Treatment of Patients not Previously Treated for Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

This study is looking at new treatments for advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. It compares standard chemotherapy with new drug combinations, including Budigalimab and TTX-030, to see which works best and is safest for patients who haven't had treatment for their widespread cancer before.
