A Study of Brenipatide in Participants With Opioid Use Disorder
This study is testing a new medicine called brenipatide for people with opioid use disorder. It aims to see if brenipatide, when used with buprenorphine, is safe and works better than a dummy medicine (placebo).

Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Commonly Used Drugs in Lactating Women and Breastfed Infants
This study looks at how medicines mothers take get into breast milk and affect their babies. We need breastfeeding mums taking common drugs to help us learn more about drug levels in milk and babies, to ensure safer choices for mums and their infants.
