The Effect of a Six Week Intensified Pharmacological Treatment for Bipolar Depression Compared to Treatment as Usual in Subjects Who Had a First-time Treatment Failure on Their First-line Treatment.
This study looks at how new treatments for bipolar depression, like different medications, compare to usual care. It's for people whose first treatment for bipolar depression didn't quite work. The aim is to find better ways to help people whose mood swings include significant depression.

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Inavolisib Plus Fulvestrant Compared With Alpelisib Plus Fulvestrant in Participants With HR-Positive, HER2-Negative, PIK3CA Mutated, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer Post CDK4/6i and Endocrine Combination Therapy
This study looks at two drug combinations, inavolisib with fulvestrant, and alpelisib with fulvestrant, for advanced breast cancer that has specific genetic changes and has already been treated with certain therapies. It aims to see which combination works better and is safer.

Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Commonly Used Drugs in Lactating Women and Breastfed Infants
This study looks at how medicines mothers take get into breast milk and affect their babies. We need breastfeeding mums taking common drugs to help us learn more about drug levels in milk and babies, to ensure safer choices for mums and their infants.
