Phase II single arm study with CABozantinib in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer patients with MET deregulation

This study is looking at a new drug called Cabozantinib for a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It's for people whose cancer has specific genetic changes related to a protein called MET. Researchers want to see how well the drug shrinks tumours.
