Cabozantinib S-malate and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Advanced, Recurrent, or Metastatic Endometrial Cancer
This study looks at new treatments for advanced endometrial cancer that has come back or spread. It tests if combining two drugs, cabozantinib and nivolumab, works better than nivolumab alone to shrink cancer and help people live longer. This could offer new hope for patients.

Using Nivolumab Alone or With Cabozantinib to Prevent Mucosal Melanoma Return After Surgery
This study looks at new ways to treat a rare type of skin cancer called mucosal melanoma, found inside the body. It tests if a drug called nivolumab, alone or with another drug called cabozantinib, can stop the cancer from coming back after surgery or help those where surgery wasn't enough.
