OLE Study of Carbetocin Nasal Spray for the Treatment of Hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome
This study is looking at the long-term safety and how well a carbetocin nasal spray is tolerated by people aged 5 to 30 years with Prader-Willi Syndrome. It aims to see if it can help with excessive hunger (hyperphagia).

Study of Carbetocin Nasal Spray for the Treatment of Hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome
This study is testing a nasal spray called carbetocin for people with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) who have a strong urge to eat. It aims to see if the spray can help reduce this feeling of constant hunger. Participants will use either the real spray or a dummy spray for 12 weeks.

Cardiac Changes After Effective Dose Carbetocin for Elective Caesarian Section
This study looks at carbetocin, a medicine given during C-sections, to see if a lower dose (50mcg) causes fewer heart-related side effects than the usual dose (100mcg). We'll check how patients feel and changes in their heart. The goal is to find the safest dose for mothers.
