Paclitaxel and Carboplatin With or Without Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Stage II, Stage III, or Stage IV Ovarian Epithelial Cancer, Primary Peritoneal Cancer, or Fallopian Tube Cancer
This study looks at different ways to treat advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. It compares two chemotherapy treatments, with or without an additional drug called bevacizumab, to see which works best and has the fewest side effects.

Phase 2/3 Trial of Izalontamab Brengitecan vs Platinum-based Chemotherapy for Metastatic Urothelial Cancer With Disease Progression on or After Immunotherapy
This study compares a new medicine, Iza-bren, with standard chemotherapy for advanced bladder cancer that has worsened after immunotherapy. It aims to see if Iza-bren is a better option for people who have already had certain treatments for their cancer.

A Clinical Study of Raludotatug Deruxtecan in People With Ovarian Cancer (MK-5909-003)
This study looks at new ways to treat ovarian cancer that has come back after earlier treatments. It tests a new drug called Raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd) by itself or with other standard treatments, to see if it's safe and helps shrink the cancer.
