Feasibility of a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for CTO Patients Before PCI Treatment

This study looks at whether a special exercise and health programme, called 'pre-hab', can help people with blocked heart arteries (CTO). The aim is to see if this programme can improve their health before a procedure called PCI, and maybe even reduce the need for it.
