Diagnostic Performance of the Mitral Annulus Velocity Variation Measured by Tissue Doppler to Evaluate the Fluid Responsiveness During the Initial Management of Shock in Patients Admitted to the Emergency Department

This study looks for a better way to check if giving fluids helps patients in the emergency room who are in shock. We're using a special ultrasound measurement to see if it can quickly tell doctors if fluid treatment is working.
