Carotid Intraplaque Neovascularization Combined With Stress Echo

This study looks at a new way to predict heart attacks and strokes. It combines a standard heart stress test with a special neck ultrasound. This aims to find people at higher risk whose usual tests might miss them, by looking closely at fatty build-ups in blood vessels.
