Cataract Surgery in Conjunction With Ab-interno Canaloplasty Compared to Cataract Surgery Only in Patients With Mild to Moderate Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma

This study looks at combining standard cataract surgery with a new procedure called 'ab-interno canaloplasty' for people with mild to moderate glaucoma. We're comparing if this combined treatment is better than just cataract surgery alone for managing eye pressure.
