A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of CBL-514 Injection for Reducing Subcutaneous Fat ( SUPREME-02 )

This study is looking into a new injection called CBL-514 to reduce tummy fat. It's for adults with moderate to severe belly fat. The main goal is to see if it works and if it's safe. Participants will get up to four injections over several weeks.
