Phenotyping Patients With Alcohol and Cannabis Use Disorders Using the Addictions Neuroclinical Assessment
This study looks at people with alcohol or cannabis use problems. We want to see if understanding their thinking styles, motivations, and emotional reactions better helps us predict who responds best to therapy. Participants will receive 12 weeks of talking therapy.

Priming CBT With rTMS for OCD
This study looks at whether a gentle brain stimulation called rTMS, given before standard talking therapy (CBT), can help people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) improve more. rTMS aims to boost brain functions like attention and memory, which might make CBT more effective.
