Nebulized Amikacine for Ventilator associated gram negative Pneumonia in ECMO veno-arterial patients: A randomized Pilot Study (NAVAP-ECMO)

This study looks at a new way to treat lung infections in very sick patients on a special life support machine. We're testing if giving a specific antibiotic directly into the lungs helps clear the infection better and if it's safe.
