IMPACT Study: IMProve Pregnancy in APS With Certolizumab Therapy

This study looks at adding a new medicine, certolizumab, to standard treatment for pregnant women with a condition called antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). We want to see if this combination can improve pregnancy outcomes for mothers and babies.
