CETUXIMAB, TEPOTINIB clinical trials

Phase 2, open-label, multicentre, single-arm study to evaluate the activity of the combination of EGFR inhibitors and c-MET inhibitors in patients with platinum-resistant head and neck squamous cell carcinoma after relapse to immunotherapy.

This study is for people in the UK with head and neck cancer that has come back after other treatments. It's testing a new combination of two drugs, cetuximab and tepotinib, to see if they can shrink the cancer. It's called a 'Phase 2' study, meaning it's an early look at how well the treatment works.
