Inguinal Node Sparing Radiotherapy For Patients With Early Stage Anal Cancer

This study looks at treating early anal cancer with chemotherapy and radiation. We want to see if we can avoid radiating the groin area, which might reduce side effects and improve quality of life, without making the treatment less effective.
