Effectiveness of Chinese Herbal Medicine for Older Adults With Urinary Incontinence

This study looks at whether a special Chinese herbal medicine can help older adults with bladder leakage (urinary incontinence). We want to see if it reduces how often and how badly people leak, compared to a dummy pill, to find new ways to help manage this common issue.
