Prevention of Nephrotoxin-Induced Acute Kidney Injury Using Cilastatin

This study looks at whether a medicine called cilastatin can stop kidney damage in hospital patients taking other strong medicines. Many common medicines can harm the kidneys, so researchers want to see if cilastatin can protect them. Participants will receive cilastatin or a dummy medicine.
