Phase III, Open-label, First-line Study of Dato-DXd in Combination With Durvalumab and Carboplatin for Advanced NSCLC Without Actionable Genomic Alterations
This study is testing a new combination of treatments for adults with advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) that hasn't spread to the brain or spine and doesn't have certain genetic changes. It compares this new treatment to a standard one, hoping it works better.

Study of Novel Treatment Combinations in Patients With Lung Cancer
This study looks at new drug combinations to treat lung cancer. It has three parts: for cancer that has spread, cancer that has grown despite previous treatment, and earlier-stage cancer that can be removed by surgery.
