A Single Ascending Dose Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of CITY-FXI in Healthy Adults and Adults With FV Leiden or Prothrombin G20210A Mutation
This study is testing a new medicine, CITY-FXI, for safety in healthy adults and those with specific blood clotting conditions. It's the first time this medicine is being given to people to see how their bodies react.

A phase 1 trial in healthy adults and adults with increased inherited risk of developing blood clots
This study is testing a new medicine, CITY-FXI, for the very first time in people. It aims to prevent dangerous blood clots with less risk of bleeding than current treatments. We're looking for healthy adults and those with a higher risk of clots to help us learn about its safety and effects.
