Individualized Treatment Treating Patients With Stage II-IVB Nasopharyngeal Cancer Based on EBV DNA
This study looks at new ways to treat nasopharyngeal cancer, a type of head and neck cancer. It focuses on using a blood test for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) to decide the best treatment after initial therapy. We want to see if different drug combinations improve outcomes.

Observation or Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Grade II Meningioma That Has Been Completely Removed by Surgery
This study compares watchful waiting with radiation therapy for people who have had a common type of brain tumour called grade 2 meningioma completely removed. It aims to see if radiation after surgery helps prevent the tumour from returning.
