This study looks at a new combination of medicines, Vyxeos and clofarabine, for children and young adults aged 1 to 21 with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) that has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments.

Study Comparing the Efficacy of 2 RIC Regimens (Clofarabine vs Fludarabine) in Adults With AML Eligible to Allo-SCT
This study compares two drug combinations (Clofarabine vs. Fludarabine) to improve survival in adults with a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) who are having a stem cell transplant. It aims to see if one combination works better.
