Mindfulness-Based Interventions for OCD

This study looks into whether mindfulness can help people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). We're comparing a mindfulness therapy called MBCT with standard talking therapy (CBT) and a waiting list to see how effective it is for reducing OCD symptoms.
