Randomised Evaluation of COVID-19 Therapy
The RECOVERY trial looks at treatments for serious lung infections like pneumonia, including COVID-19. It helps doctors find the best ways to help hospitalised patients get better and reduce their risk of dying. Many treatments have been tested, and some have been found to be very helpful.

COLchicine to mitigate accelerated Atherosclerosis induced by immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with cancer: the COLA trial
This study looks at whether a common medicine, colchicine, can help protect the heart and blood vessels in cancer patients getting certain immune treatments. We want to see if it reduces inflammation that can lead to heart problems.

PET Imaging of Inflammation and Lipid Lowering Study
This study looks at new ways to scan and treat high cholesterol and hardened arteries. It uses special scans and medications like Inclisiran or Colchicine to see how they affect swelling in the arteries. We hope to find better ways to understand and treat these conditions.

A Randomized Multicenter Study for Isolated Skin Vasculitis
This study looks at different treatments for skin vasculitis, a condition causing inflammation of blood vessels in the skin. We're comparing three common medicines to see which works best for people whose vasculitis is limited to their skin.
