Colon-delivered Riboflavin and Gut Microbiota Composition

This study looks at how a special form of vitamin B2, delivered directly to the gut, affects our gut bugs and overall gut health. It compares this new form to regular vitamin B2 and a dummy pill in people aged 50-70 who have mild bowel problems, to see if it helps.
