Feasibility and Utility of a Prehabilitation Program for Use in Patients With Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Who Have Elected to Undergo Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP).

This study looks at a 'prehabilitation' program – preparing men with an enlarged prostate for surgery. It tests if exercise and support before surgery can help them recover better and reduce temporary bladder control problems after a common procedure called HoLEP.
