Breast Cancer Plasma Adjuvant Intra-operative Treatment (Breast Cancer PAINT)

This study looks at a new treatment for breast cancer called non-thermal plasma (NTP). Doctors want to see if applying NTP to the area where a tumour was removed is safe, how much to use, and if it helps prevent the cancer from coming back or affects how the breast looks.
