Global Safety and Efficacy Registration Study of Crinecerfont for Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
This study is testing a new medicine, crinecerfont, for adults with a condition called Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). It will compare crinecerfont to a dummy medicine to see if it's safe and helps manage CAH over about 20 months.

Pharmacokinetics, Safety and Tolerability of Crinecerfont in Participants With Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia Who Are Less Than 2 Years Old
This study looks at a new medicine called crinecerfont for babies and toddlers under two years old with a condition called Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). Researchers want to see how the medicine works in their bodies and if it is safe.

Global Safety and Efficacy Registration Study of Crinecerfont in Pediatric Participants With Classic Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAHtalyst Pediatric Study)
This study is testing a new medicine, crinecerfont, for children and teenagers aged 2 to 17 with a type of Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). It compares the new medicine to a dummy pill (placebo) to see how well it works and if it's safe.
