Study of Efficacy and Safety of Tisagenlecleucel in HR B-ALL EOC MRD Positive Patients
This study looks at a new treatment called tisagenlecleucel for children and young adults (ages 1-25) with a type of blood cancer called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). It aims to see how well it works and if it's safe after standard first-line treatment.

Study of Out of Specification for Tisagenlecleucel
This study looks at a special cell therapy called tisagenlecleucel for difficult-to-treat blood cancers in children and adults. We're checking if the treatment is safe and works well, even when the cell product doesn't quite meet all the usual manufacturing checks.
