Pediatric Long-Term Follow-up and Rollover Study
This study looks at the long-term well-being of children and young people who have been treated with specific medications (dabrafenib and/or trametinib) for certain brain cancers in previous clinical trials. It aims to understand the lasting effects of these treatments.

DETERMINE Trial Treatment Arm 07: Dabrafenib in Combination With Trametinib in Adult, Paediatric and Teenage/Young Adult Patients With BRAF V600 Mutation-Positive Cancers.
This study looks at two drugs called dabrafenib and trametinib for various cancers with a specific gene change (BRAF V600). These drugs are already approved for some cancers and researchers want to see if they can help people with other rare cancers or cancers with this same change.

Study of Efficacy and Safety of Dabrafenib in Combination With Trametinib in Previously Treated Patients With Metastatic, Radio-active Iodine Refractory BRAF V600E Mutation Positive Differentiated Thyroid Cancer
This study is testing if two drugs, dabrafenib and trametinib, can help people with a specific type of thyroid cancer (DTC) that has a BRAF V600E gene change, has stopped responding to radioactive iodine, and has progressed after other treatments.

Dabrafenib and/or Trametinib Rollover Study
This study allows patients already on dabrafenib and/or trametinib for certain cancers to continue treatment if their doctor thinks it's helping and they meet specific criteria. It's for people already in another study.
