Delirium in Children Undergoing Stem Cell Transplantation

This study looks at a temporary change in thinking called delirium in children having stem cell transplants. We want to find out how often it happens, why it happens, and how it affects children, aiming to reduce it. It's for children aged up to 21 undergoing this treatment.
