STrategies for Anticoagulation in Patients With thRombocytopenia and Cancer-associated Thrombosis
This study looks at how to treat blood clots in cancer patients with low blood platelet counts. We're testing two approaches: a full dose of blood thinners with platelet transfusions, or a lower dose of blood thinners without transfusions, to see which is safest and most effective.

PROphylaxis for Venous ThromboEmbolism in Severe Traumatic Brain Injury (PROTEST)
This study looks at the best way to stop dangerous blood clots forming in people with severe head injuries. It compares a special massage for the legs with massage plus a blood-thinning medicine called Dalteparin, to see which is safer and more effective at preventing clots without causing more bleeding in the brain.
