A Long-term Safety and Efficacy Study of Danicopan as an Add-on Therapy to Complement Component 5 Inhibitor (C5i) in Participants With PNH
This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called Danicopan. It's for people with a rare blood condition called PNH who are already taking another PNH medicine, a C5 inhibitor. Danicopan is given as an add-on treatment.

Study of Danicopan as Add-on Treatment to Ravulizumab or Eculizumab in Pediatric Participants With PNH Who Have Clinically Significant Extravascular Hemolysis
This study looks at a new add-on medicine, danicopan, for young people (12-17 years old) with a rare blood condition called PNH. It aims to see if danicopan can improve red blood cell levels when added to their current treatment.
