Tolerability and Efficacy of Midostaurin to 10-day Decitabine in Unfit Adult AML and High Risk MDS Patients
This study looks at adding a new drug, midostaurin, to a standard treatment called decitabine for adults with certain types of blood cancers (AML or high-risk MDS). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and works better for patients who can't have intense chemotherapy.

Galinpepimut-S Versus Investigator's Choice of Best Available Therapy for Maintenance in AML CR2/CRp2
This study looks at a new drug, galinpepimut-S, for people with a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) who are in remission. It compares the new drug to standard treatments to see if it helps people live longer.
