PAROCAINE : Evaluation of the Clinical Tolerance of an Intra-Parotid Injection of Bupivacaine Combined with Dexamethasone After Parotidectomy for a Benign Tumor – Prospective Single-Center Cohort Study

This study looks at giving a pain-relieving injection during surgery for a benign (non-cancerous) lump in the parotid gland. Researchers want to see if combining two medicines, bupivacaine and dexamethasone, helps reduce pain and other side effects after the surgery.
