ENLIGHTEN 2: A Phase III, Randomized, Blinded, Controlled, Parallel-Group Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of LYR-210 for the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis (CRS) in Adults

This study, called ENLIGHTEN 2, is looking at a new treatment called LYR-210 for adults with ongoing sinus problems (chronic rhinosinusitis). Researchers want to see if it's safe and helps improve symptoms like blocked nose and facial pain over 24 weeks, compared to another treatment.
