Reducing Respiratory Symptoms of Pulmonary Irradiation in Interstitial Lung Disease
This study looks at new ways to help people with lung cancer and a lung condition called Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) who are having radiotherapy. It tests if two medicines, NAC and a short course of steroids, can reduce breathing problems after treatment.

Dosing of Steroids for Acute Asthma Given in the Emergency Department - a Pilot Randomised Feasibility Trial of Dexamethasone in Children
This study looks at two different doses of a steroid medication called dexamethasone for children having asthma attacks. It aims to see if one dose is better at preventing another asthma attack and how satisfied families are, helping prepare for a larger future study.
