Dexmedetomidine Trial of Adjunct Treatment with Morphine
This study looks at giving a new medicine called dexmedetomidine alongside morphine to premature babies on ventilators. We want to see if it helps reduce pain, lowers morphine use, and improves their development without many side effects. It aims to help babies born very early breathe easier and recover better.
