A Randomized Comparison Between 0.67 mcg/kg, 1 mcg/kg, and 1.33 mcg/kg of Perineural Dexmedetomidine for Ultrasound-Guided Infraclavicular Block

This study is looking at different doses of a medicine called dexmedetomidine, given with pain numbing medicine for arm surgery. We want to see if a higher dose helps the numbing medicine work for longer, especially for movement in the hand and fingers.
