A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of dexpramipexole administered orally for 24 weeks in participants with eosinophilic asthma (EXHALE-4)
This study is testing a new medicine, dexpramipexole, for adults with a type of asthma called eosinophilic asthma. We want to see if it helps improve breathing and asthma control over 24 weeks. Half the participants will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy pill.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of dexpramipexole administered orally for 52 weeks in participants with severe eosinophilic asthma (EXHALE-2)
This study is testing a new medicine, dexpramipexole, for adults with severe asthma that affects their eosinophils (a type of white blood cell). We want to see if it reduces severe asthma attacks and improves breathing and quality of life over 52 weeks.
