Studying the Safety and Determining the Optimal Dose of Novobiocin in Patients With Tumors That Have Alterations in DNA Repair Genes
This study is testing a new drug called novobiocin for people with advanced cancers that have specific gene changes. We want to find out the safest dose and if it can help shrink or control cancer by stopping it from repairing damaged DNA.

Measuring if Immunotherapy Plus Chemotherapy is Better Than Chemotherapy Alone for Patients With Aggressive Poorly Differentiated Sarcomas
This study looks at combining immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) with chemotherapy (doxorubicin) for certain aggressive sarcomas. It compares this combination to chemotherapy alone, hoping to find a better way to stop the cancer from growing and spreading.
