Cognitive Remediation Method Using Rhythmic, Vocal and Corporal Musical Learning for Schizophrenia

This study looks at whether musical learning can help people with schizophrenia improve their thinking skills and mood. It compares a special music program to usual care for 9 months to see if it makes a difference to attention and well-being.
