FORAGER-1: A Study of Vepugratinib (LY3866288; LOXO-435) in Participants With Cancer With a Change in a Gene Called FGFR3
This study is looking at a new medicine called LOXO-435 for cancers, especially bladder cancer, that have a specific gene change (FGFR3). It checks how safe and effective LOXO-435 is, both alone and with other standard treatments, to see if it can help patients.

DECISION; Digoxin Evaluation in Chronic heart failure: Investigational Study In Outpatients in the Netherlands
This study, called DECISION, is looking at digoxin, a common medicine, for people with heart failure in the Netherlands. It wants to see if digoxin helps reduce hospital visits for heart failure and prevent heart-related deaths in patients who are not in the hospital.
