Treatment With Dinutuximab, Sargramostim (GM-CSF), and Isotretinoin in Combination With Irinotecan and Temozolomide After Intensive Therapy for People With High-Risk Neuroblastoma (NBL)
This study looks at combining existing treatments for high-risk neuroblastoma to see if it works better. It's for children and young people who have already had intensive therapy, to help prevent the cancer from coming back.

Irinotecan Hydrochloride, Temozolomide, and Dinutuximab With or Without Eflornithine in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Neuroblastoma
This study looks at new ways to treat neuroblastoma that has come back or isn't responding to usual treatments. It tests if adding a drug called eflornithine to other medicines helps children with this type of cancer.
