DIFFIR - Geriatric Distal Femur Fixation Versus Replacement

This study compares two ways to fix a broken thigh bone near the knee in older people: repairing it with plates and screws, or replacing part of the knee. It aims to find out which method works best for recovery and causes fewer problems.
