The PROTECT-HIE Pilot Trial
This study is looking at whether giving a heart-supporting medicine, dobutamine, early to babies with a brain injury called HIE helps protect their hearts and brains. Babies with HIE often have heart problems while undergoing cooling treatment.

CAPITAL DOREMI 2: Inotrope Versus Placebo Therapy for Cardiogenic Shock
This study looks at whether common heart-boosting medicines, called inotropes (like Dobutamine or Milrinone), truly help very ill patients with a serious heart condition called cardiogenic shock. Researchers will compare these medicines against a dummy treatment (placebo) to see if they are beneficial or potentially harmful.
