LEVOMEMS: Comparison of the Hemodynamic Profile of Dobutamine and Levosimendan in the Current Therapeutic Context

This study compares two common heart failure medicines, dobutamine and levosimendan, to see which works better for certain patients. Doctors will measure heart and lung pressure and how well the heart pumps blood after three months to understand their effects.
