Radiofrequency Ablation vs Doppler-guided Haemorrhoidal Artery Ligation in the Treatment of Haemorrhoidal Disease

This study compares two ways to treat piles (haemorrhoids) that are causing problems: radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and Doppler-guided haemorrhoidal artery ligation (DGHAL). It wants to see if RFA is as good as DGHAL for treating medium to large internal piles.
