Doxycycline Intervention for Bacterial STI ChemoprOphylaxis (DISCO)

This study looks at whether a medicine called doxycycline can help prevent common bacterial sexually transmitted infections (STIs) like syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhoea. It compares taking doxycycline regularly or after sex, in gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men.
